Objective
Create brand awareness and foster trust in the quality of Greenville's tap water, especially in communities with historically poor experiences with water quality in other areas. The campaign was cultivated for English and Spanish speakers alike.

Following customer survey and outreach response, positive public opinion increased overall.

The Trust the Tap campaign aims to promote brand awareness, increased visibility and trust in Greenville’s tap water by advertising the high water quality and debunking years of oppositional advertising by bottled water companies.
By creating an approachable, informational series of graphics across multiple platforms, we aimed to promote trust and transparency not only among the general public, but with target audiences that demonstrate more comfort with bottled water, such as Hispanic communities that frequently encounter unsafe drinking water conditions from public water sources.
